The H. Dudley Wright Foundation attaches great importance to protecting your data. For this reason, we wish to inform users of our Internet offering about the type of data recorded and how it is used.
This data protection statement (Privacy Policy) applies solely to the website www.hdwright.org. The servers/websites to which external links lead may be subject to a different Privacy Policy.
Collection, recording and use of data
Anyone who requests information about the activities of the H. Dudley Wright Foundation, subscribes to one of its newsletters, fills out a form, participates in a competition or survey, or orders material, provides a certain amount of personal data. This data is saved electronically and is used only by the H. Dudley Wright Foundation. The data collected is compared with the H. Dudley Wright Foundation’s address file. Recording
Each time a user accesses a page on the www.hdwright.org site and each time a file is viewed, data relating to these activities is recorded in a log file. Depending on the access protocol used, the log recording includes data that may contain:

- the access methods/functions desired by the requesting computer,

We have no way of linking the IP address to any personal data that may be available. The recorded files are used exclusively for identifying and tracking access requests/unauthorized access to the Internet server as well as statistical estimates such as the number of visitors or the popularity of a site. These operations are performed only by employees authorized to do so.

Liability regarding links
The H. Dudley Wright Foundation expressly declares that at the time the links were created, no illegal content on the sites in question could be identified. The H. This website uses Google Analytics, an Internet analysis service from Google Inc. (“Google”) that allows Internet offerings to be designed according to needs. The H. Dudley Wright Foundation receives exclusively evaluations of non-personal data.

Google AdWords conversion tracking
This website uses the online advertising program “Google AdWords” and, in this context, conversion tracking. The conversion tracking cookie is activated when a user clicks on an ad placed by Google. These cookies lose their validity after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If the user visits certain pages of this website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and we can see that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page. Each time a page of our website equipped with such a module is consulted, this module orders the loading and display of the optical representation of the module from the Facebook server by the browser you are using.
